Welcome to Onyx Wellness & Nutrition! O.W.N. is a private practice founded by Elizabeth Floriano, MS, RDN. We believe that health is not one-size-fits all, but should be individualized to each person’s unique needs. We created this wellness space to help our clients find easy and healthful recipes, practice mindful meditation, and commit to joyful movement.
Our team of registered dietitians follow a functional medicine approach with an emphasis on gut health and blood sugar balance. We strive to help our clients find peace with their bodies through a healthy recipe of equal parts mental health and physical fitness.
