basic group coaching

  • Our basic group coaching is our broadest program package. This month-to-month service provides up to 15 clients the same basic meal plan. Recipe guides include five three-week cycles.

    Throughout the 15-week program, clients are asked to keep wellness journals which may include sleep and meal patterns, bowel movements, physical activity sessions, and stress level.

    A community discussion board is available for clients to discuss amongst themselves, provide encouragement for others, and ask questions to our team.

    Clients will hop on a group video chat with our registered dietitians once every three weeks - at the end of each cycle - for progress reports and check-ins.

    Note that a minimum of a 15-week initial commitment is required.

intermediate group coaching

Advanced 1:1 counseling

  • Our intermediate group coaching is our more specialized group program package. This month-to-month service provides up to 10 clients the same basic meal plan. Recipe guides include five three-week cycles.

    Throughout the 15-week program, clients are asked to keep wellness journals which may include sleep and meal patterns, bowel movements, physical activity sessions, and stress level.

    A community discussion board is available for clients to discuss amongst themselves, provide encouragement for others, and ask questions to our team.

    Clients will hop on a group video chat with our registered dietitians once every two weeks for progress reports and check-ins.

    Note that a minimum of a 15-week initial commitment is required.

  • This service includes five three-week cycles lasting a total of 15 weeks.

  • This service is offered at $210 per program package.

  • Our advanced 1:1 counseling is our most personalized nutrition service. It is a session-to-session service that provides one client with a completely customized nutrition-focused program. From recipe development, meal building, mindful eating tips, stress reduction techniques, unique barre workout plans, motivational discussions, and more, this program is entirely up to you.

    Clients are often asked to keep wellness journals which may include sleep and meal patterns, bowel movements, physical activity sessions, and stress level.

    A community discussion board is available for clients to discuss amongst themselves, provide encouragement for others, and ask questions to our team.

    Clients will hop on an individual video chat with our registered dietitians for progress reports and check-ins. While there is no set time-frame, we recommend scheduling sessions once each week and require a minimum of a 7-week initial commitment - followed by an as-needed arrangement - for optimal results.

  • This service is offered on a session-by-session basis. However, a minimum of a 7-week initial commitment is required.

  • This service is offered at $175 per program session.

meal builder

  • Our meal building service serves to help clients plan healthy meals + snacks using dietitian-approved recipes.

    This subscription service is designed for the client that wants easy-to-make, scrumptious, and nutritious recipe ideas. Our team of dietitians understand what it’s like to constantly be on-the-go and need something quick to put together with minimal meal prep. We have vetted various blogger recipes and even crafted a few of our own to help ease your weekday worries.

    It was designed to help clients develop a personalized recipe book of tried-and-true dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack.

    We start by sending you seven dishes per main meal plus four snack ideas every week. Once you hit 21 meals and 12 snacks (week three), you have the option of upgrading to receive an additional set of 21 and 12 new recipes for a new session or sticking with the base plan.

  • This service includes three one-week cycles lasting a total of 3 weeks per session.

    Each week includes seven options per meal and four snack options for a grand total of 21 meals and 12 snacks by the end of the pre-packaged session.

  • This service is available in 3-week session increments. Our initial base plan session is offered at $100. Each additional 3-week pre-packaged session is offered at $30 per session.

    The cost to retain access to your recipe library without upgrading the following month is priced at $3 per month.

O.W.N. My Life Planner

  • Our grocery store walk-through service can be a wonderful option for those wanting added guidance during their grocery haul. This is an hourly service that provides clients with a registered dietitian on-call throughout their shopping trip.

    Clients have the option of requesting one of three options: audio call + photo, video call, or in-person accompaniment.

    Note that a minimum of a 1-hour commitment is required for all in-person advisement.

  • Our virtual service requires a minimum of a 30-minute time commitment.

    Our in-person advisement requires a minimum of a 1-hour time commitment.

  • This service is offered at $50 per hour.
